Project
Scope

The project entailed the demolition of the existing toilet block to slab level, and the construction of new unisex toilets, accessible WC, and multipurpose space. The works also included the
re-pitching of the roof on the new building to eliminate the internal gutter, cladding replacement on existing building, relocation of existing heat pumps, replacing of windows to existing building. In addition, the works included weather tightness to the existing hall and classroom block.
