This was a greenfield development comprising the construction of 2 no. double story duplex development of 3 and 4 units and 1 No. double story single unit dwelling. In addition, there were extensive civil area, site work, carparks, paving and land scaping. Civil works related to existing box cut and removal of contaminated material, backfilling, and compaction with engineered fill and raising overall
platform level.

The foundations were a waffle slabs, supported on piled foundation. The buildings were of a high specification and built to Homestar rating requirement.
