Project
Scope

The Project entailed major deconstruction of Block B and the library including the removal of the entire roof, asbestos wall cladding and floor coverings. The new works entailed the re-roofing and re-pitching of existing Block B roof, alterations including new exterior aluminium joinery, creating new opening in existing walls, new floor covering throughout, new acoustic lining to walls and railing and, major upgrade to all services electrical, data, mechanical, fire and security.

Ancillary works included a retaining wall upgrade, works adjacent to Block E and M, Toilet’s upgrade, and Refurbishment to Block D, E, and F.
